Returns & ExchangesReturn Policy All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must be in original manufacturer's packaging, complete with all original manufacturer contents including all tags, literature, packing material, instructions, etc. All returns must be received in a new and unused condition. Any items returned in any other condition will be refused. All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer, items shipped COD will be refused. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be packaged for shipping in addition to the original manufacturer packaging. Any items returned without additional packaging for shipping will be refused, as the original manufacturer packaging will be damaged. All returns should be insured through the shipping company. Damaged shipping items are considered property of the owner and will be refused. Proper shipping insurance will protect you from mishandling and damage. No Returns on Special Orders No Returns on Clearance Items Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will be refused.
